This was my first time visiting, we showed up for lunch right before the rush came in. Got a smoothie and a pita combo. Such a refreshing, nutrient rich meal. Looking forward to coming back and trying an the other options.

A friend of mine told me about this place and I was super excited only to find out The food is bland the customer service sucks. They make an OK smoothie but the food is trash. I won’t be back. There’s a way better smoothie place down the street next to Starbucks.

Love this place. Food is always on point. I order from here when i need a pick me up!! YUM! - the Mediterranean pizza and chicken paprikash are 2 of the best.

I’ve been to this place previously and really enjoyed the smoothies. however, this time when I went The customer service was absolutely terrible. I wanted to try the piña colada smoothie and it didn’t taste good at all… Typically, when you don’t like something you’re able Tell the staff and they’ll replace it for you right? The response from the lady with an attitude says “we don’t do that” and “the menu says everything that’s in it”….I knew exactly what I ordered and what was in this smoothie But that didn’t change the fact that it tasted horrible. I’ll probably never return to this place again And if I’m in the area, I’ll go a block down the street to Pulp instead to avoid the terrible customer service that these people have

I’ve been a loyal customer at liquid fresh planet for over eight years your food is genuinely one of my happy places. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I encountered a level of attitude and unprofessionalism from the staff that surprised me and left me disappointed. Over the past year I’ve noticed a shift in how a few employees interact with patrons. On this last visit, I felt the team’s personal frustrations were being directed at customers, rather than at, say, a good plate of fries. As someone who’s always believed “it costs nothing to be nice,” it was disheartening to see that chip on the shoulder energy on display. While I completely understand we all have off days, when you’re serving the public, a pleasant demeanor is part of the job description. I’m writing not just to vent, but because I care about this place as much as you do. I firmly believe that with a little coaching and a reminder about the importance of customer experience, your team can get back to the warm, welcoming service that drew me in all those years ago. I’d hate to see great food let down by less than great service. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I trust you’ll address this
